La ville de San Antonio organise 14 ateliers dans toute la ville entre février et mai pour aider les propriétaires à se renseigner sur les exonérations et les étapes à suivre pour faire appel pour réduire les impôts fonciers.
Les ateliers gratuits expliqueront les différentes exemptions disponibles pour les propriétaires et fourniront des conseils sur la façon de se préparer à un appel auprès du district d'évaluation du comté de Bexar avant la date limite du 15 mai. Les propriétaires qui souhaitent déposer une demande d'exemption peuvent obtenir une assistance individuelle d'experts juridiques lors des ateliers.
Des services de traduction en langue des signes américaine et en espagnol seront disponibles à toutes les sessions.
