Das Planungs- und Gemeindeentwicklungskomitee beaufsichtigt Richtlinien, Pläne und Programme, die ein geordnetes Wachstum und eine geordnete Entwicklung der Stadt fördern, sowie Themen, die der Bewahrung der Integrität unserer Stadtviertel dienen, darunter SA Tomorrow, der strategische Plan zur Reaktion auf Obdachlosigkeit, UDC-Politiken, der strategische Wohnungsdurchführungsplan und andere langfristige Wohnungsbaupläne, die sich auf die fünf wohnungspolitischen Maßnahmen beziehen, die im wohnungspolitischen Rahmen beschrieben sind.
