کمیته حسابرسی و حسابرسی، راهنمایی و نظارت دفتر حسابرسی شهر را در انجام مسئولیت های خود از جمله ممیزی شهرداری ارائه می دهد. علاوه بر این، این کمیته توصیه‌های سیاستی را بررسی و ارائه می‌کند که شفافیت، مسئولیت‌پذیری و اعتماد را در عملکردهای شهر ارتقا می‌دهد. بررسی قراردادهای پرمخاطب در مسئولیت آنها گنجانده شده است. طبق این قانون، دو نفر از پنج عضو شهروند هستند.
